The ancient peoples of this land referred to themselves as the Remetch, meaning “people of the fertile black land.” They called their homeland Kmt, indicating its fertility, and divided it into Ta Me (upper south) and Ta Mehu (lower north). 

The process of unifying the lands was named Sema Tawy. 

This ancient civilization gave birth to profound cultural, spiritual, and linguistic traditions that continue to resonate today.

Ursula Macheke

Ursula is an initiated African Traditional Healer and a registered Kemetic Yoga Teacher (RYT). She holds certifications in 500-hour ISHTA (Integrated Sciences of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda) and 300-hour traditional Tantra yoga.

As a dedicated student of the Seshut - the priesthood of Hesi, Ursula is immersed in higher traditional knowledge and Kemetic science of consciousness. Ursula is also a trained Reiki Master, Shamanic Energy Medicine practitioner and yoga teacher, with an Honours degree in Social Entrepreneurship. Her passion lies in sharing ancient wisdom that transforms participants into individuals confident in their unique gifts.
